Was supposed to catch up on my readings for tomorrow morning's class but then... i got distracted after reading a line or two and somehow ended up here hahaha.

Popped by Lola's Cafe for brunch with my secondary school friends on Saturday and 2 little cutie-pie kiddos came along with us too! Watching them running around, playing kiddy rides and balloons made me feel really old. It felt as though it hasn't been that long since i was one of them; playing catching - "I caught you" and "Faster come and catch me". Damn, even typing this now made me feel like i have aged 10 years hahaha. 

Initially, i wanted to give this brunch a miss because i thought i should stay home and concentrate on completing my assignment. But i'm so glad i didn't (i managed to do half of my report the night before yay) and ended up meeting these people! Lola's has always been one of my favourite cafes, apart from Chockful of Beans. Their iced matcha green tea latte is just (insert many thumbs up emoji) heh!
