That's pretty much it for my mini adventure in New York City! As mentioned in the previous post, i was in America with my sister for about 2 weeks and when she left, i travelled alone for another 3 days in NYC before heading to Toronto! Before the trip, i knew that i wouldn't want to stay alone in the Airbnb apartment, so i booked a room at Wyndham Long Island City Hotel for the rest of my stay. It was really good, considering that i get a view of Manhattan and its about 3 subway stations away from Times Square.

I would say that i played well on my own because i managed to catch the Les Miserables musical at Times Square (i was really lucky to be able to get a ticket for the next day because i was alone, so please remember to get your tickets in advance), head up to the Top of the Rock Observatory and visit the American Natural History Museum. I also happened to chance upon Levain Bakery while i was heading to the museum, and i'm so glad that i spotted it on Google Maps. Please please please do try their Chocolate Chip Walnut cookie if you are there!! I don't know how they did it but its the best cookie i have ever eaten, no kidding. Would totally kill (maybe not hahaha) to have one right now! And apparently, Levain Bakery is highly raved about on Yelp and all other social media platform as well!

Will be back to share about my Toronto adventure real soon, so sit tight! :)
